Synopsis: In the late nineteenth century, in a settlement of the Province of Entre Ríos, a woman who, in the view of her family was born ugly, grows up as an unattractive child and becomes an insignificant and almost transparent woman. Ignored by others, she never resigns to see the surrounding world with an eager interest to those signs of beauty that can only be perceived if we stop to contemplate it. Years later, married and with children, a French photographer arrives to her country house. He will be the one who discovers, with another "glance", the particular beauty of the heroine and her intense inner world.
